Human eyesight also depletes over time, and that time-rate is increased with long-term usage of digital screens. So you might end up with eyesight problems (nearsightedness or farsightedness), meaning you won’t be able to see as well as a normal person. Not only that, but a few people can see more color varieties than a normal person. 

Some people are born with four cone cells, a condition called tetrachromats. A normal human eye contains only three cone cells, so the people with one more cone cell can distinguish more than an average person while watching 8K TV, or any resolution, for that matter.
